Did You Know...

The most frequent type of inspection by a regulatory agency (other than the veterinary board) is from the Wage and Hour Division of the US Department of Labor.  The most frequent citations during those inspections involve improper classification of hourly employees as salaried (or exempt) employees and failure to pay overtime wages correctly.
